Chelsea Wildman

Chelsea has always had an appreciation and passion for dance and music; she is the picture of playful life. Yoga was a natural fit for her, and decidedly after only taking a few classes, she was determined to teach yoga, wanting to share the wellness benefits she personally experienced.

In 2010 Chelsea began teacher training and finished the nine month program completely transformed. Living yoga, Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) and embodying the flow is truly a lifestyle to which she quickly grew accustomed. Supported by teachers, family and friends; Chelsea began teaching in 2011 after becoming certified in Prana Flow® Yoga.

Two years later, Chelsea began an intense independent yoga study in New York City. Here she took a variety of classes from acclaimed teachers with diverse styles and techniques and earned another certification in Prema Vinyasa Therapeutic Yoga.

Early in 2015 she was introduced to dōTERRA® essential oils. With the same fervor she had when she met yoga, she embraced the business; quickly becoming a Wellness Advocate. That summer, she resolved to fully dedicate her time and energy to integrate the health and wellness benefits of dōTERRA® into her yoga practice and teaching. Chelsea felt her dharma, or duty of ethical value, was finally coming to light.

Chelsea believes her style of teaching invokes the playfulness mandatory to maintain one’s sanity in life. Her Prana Flow® teaching style transcends fluidity and grace while aligning with the basic principles in yoga, Ayurveda and dōTERRA®.

Emilee Langenkamp

Emilee found yoga in 2012 and through her journey, discovered that it was the best way for her to find space where there wasn’t space before – both in the body and mind. Emilee suffered from lower back pain for the majority of her life and has found relief through the movement that yoga has to offer. Along with yoga, she fell in love with aerial silks while in college and has merged that knowledge and passion with her yoga practice bringing creative, boundary-pushing, laughter-filled aerial yoga practices to the studio.

Her Aerial and Vinyasa Flow classes aim to create a welcoming and loving space for all to practice and meet parts of themselves that are yet to be revealed. She can’t wait to meet you on the other side of that journey.

Kim Pennington

Kim started practicing Yoga in her early twenties to relieve stress and chronic anxiety. She fell in love with Yoga as it was a form of alternative medicine for healing her mind, heart, and body. Kim's passion for teaching comes from her past experiences and her desire to help others learn how to heal in a natural, exciting, and fun way! In addition to Yoga, Kim enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her loved ones. 

Jennifer Ater

Owner and Director of Innerlight Yoga & Wellness and Project Innerlight Foundation.
A certified yoga teacher for 12 years, Jen is an E-RYT500, experienced Registered Yoga teacher with the National Yoga Alliance, as well as a Health & Wellness Advocate, Consultant, Coach, Researcher, and Educator.
In addition to her journey as a mother, artist, healer, and visionary, she has been studying Holistic Health and Yoga for 16 years. Jen recently completed a Master of Arts degree in Yoga Studies, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of yoga and service through Antioch University and her yoga journey has taken her through an exploration of many styles including Interdisciplinary Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hot-Vinyasa, Anusara, and ParaYoga.

Most recently, Jen has been trained in irest, or Integrative Restoration, a systematic relaxation technique and a version of Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, developed by Richard Miller PhD. She was also recently inspired by her graduate work with and mentored by Karina Mirsky M.A. and E-RYT 500, a certified ParaYoga teacher, trained by Rod Stryker. During her graduate studies, Jen was called to work with Sacred Activism through leadership trainings with Seane Corn’s Off the Mat, Into the World organization called Yoga, Purpose and Action and she co-developed and co-directed the YS Youth Yoga project (an 18 month free Yoga immersion for the Yellow Springs Schools), as well as volunteered with local at-risk and incarcerated youth.

Jen has been fortunate to study with the following internationally recognized teachers: Don & Amba Stapleton of Nosara Yoga Institute and authors of Self-Awakening Yoga, Angela Farmer & Victor Van Kooten, Seane Corn, Nikki Myers of Yoga & 12 Step Recovery, Sianna Sherman, Rod Stryker, Erich Schiffman of Freedom Style Yoga and author of Moving into Stillness, Richard Miller of irest Yoga Nidra, and MC Yogi.
Jen also recently completed her 500 hr. Yoga Certification with Becky Morrissey, E-RYT 500 and Mental Health Counselor of Sangha Yoga in Loveland, Ohio. In addition to varied and extensive studies in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga she has studied the following fields:

A powerful and dynamic mixed levels class designed to challenge your mind and body! We connect breath with movement to guide our flow set in a studio heated to 95 degrees. Set to upbeat music in a heated environment, the energetic flow combines strength, flexibility, and balance to allow students to shift their perspectives and expand their practice! Modifications and variations are encouraged to support and accommodate individual needs and experience levels. Some experience with yoga is recommended. Please hydrate and bring a towel.
