What to Expect & What to Bring to Class


  • New students: if possible, please sign up in advance through our website or the mindbody connect app on your phone. This will allow for a streamlined experience as you come to your 1st class. If online sign up is not convenient, please arrive 10 minutes before class and be patient as our teachers get you checked into our system.

  • Please arrive up to 10 minutes before your 1st class. Front doors will be unlocked 10 minutes before class, and are typically locked during class, unless front desk staff is present.

  • Please honor your body as you learn and practice yoga with us. Let the teacher know of any injuries and take care of yourself by resting as you need to. We recommend letting your doctor know before embarking on a yoga practice, especially if you have any spinal, joint, musculoskeletal injuries, or medical conditions. We offer Yoga Therapy and Private Lessons as well for those that would like an individual approach to practice.

  • Please bring water, a towel (for warm and hot classes), and your own mat if you have one. Props and rental mats and towels are provided if needed. We sell water bottles for $1 and offer complementary filtered water and tea.

  • We recommend not eating a large meal before practicing yoga, especially warm and hot yoga. Eat up to two hours ahead of time, if possible, or a light snack or breakfast like fruit.

  • Because we are in a shared space, it is important to practice good hygiene before coming to yoga. Please wash your hot yoga towels regularly.

  • Please remember to turn off cell phones during class.
